Hmm to vp with a 70 year lease is not normal is it? I think that’s why they were slow to sell.

Banks may be reluctant to provide loan to this kind of property. It is true that having 70 years lease at vp is not something good.

Hi just curious if this was a concern then purchasing a sub sale leasehold property with about 70 years remaining would also be a problem right?

Banks would reduce the LTV ratio?

Some banks may not even want to borrow you, even if they want to borrow you the rate offered may not be nice. biggrin.gif
