Thanks. Wondering what they offer as fully furnished. Hoping to see some smart home solution.
You do know it’s not smart to have a unit that looks exactly the same as your neighbours. Just pay for an ID to fix it up the way you want. It maybe only works for a pure investment vehicle serviced apartment type setting to be used for short term stay.
Hmm, why not - at a minimum, buyers get to avoid the hectic in engaging the involved parties to fit out the units, may enjoy the value of economy of scale to a liveable standard and could also be financed?
To me having kitchen and wardrobes done is enough. Loose furniture is not necessary and I think developers have done away with that anyway. No one wants a Tropicana Uncle incident again.
On that, I think the main issue is the expectation vs. reality on the concept of "Luxury".
I would think if the expectation has been clearly established, i.e.: having a showroom for buyers to experience like the concept of vehicles transaction where buyers get to test drive, it could perhaps be avoided.
What do you think equipping units with electrical appliances other than AC? Like Quinn as shared by another forumer above?
I think the main issue is I don’t trust the developers’ taste and I think furniture packages can be a bit of a rort and are marked up heavily.
As per your Quinn example, 100k for their loose furnitures. Really? You’d get a really custom design for that budget. You might as well plonk down 50k for the generic makeover guys look then.
Seen some other examples of furniture packages being a couple hundred k and not worth it at all. Ironically I think it works well for budget level accomodation for investors as long as it’s cheap and complete when VP.

my friend just bought Astoria @ Ampang, fully furnished + ID. he got the biggest unit 1500sf around rm 1mil
Good buy I think. Their launch price was almost 1.5M for partly furnished. The number of auctions in this area does make one nervous. Good for genuine own stay.
