I used to date a malay girl few years back(i'm cina), we were in our mid 20's that day, she's not the wearing tudung type. How close are we? What I've learned from that relationship is that in order for us to get along, we have to put our differences behind or we both have to be mature/open minded to talk about it. The period we were dating, we rarely talk about our culture and religion. In fact we mostly talk about our job, people we've met, games we're playing, movies, music etc.

When we talk about sensitive stuff like religions, we both took this seriously and never talk bad about one and another. She told me that in islam, the husband role are very important as they will guide their family to heaven in after life. And I think because we both knew that we will never ended up getting married, she also don't want me to marry her because of love but also I have to be willingly to accept and became a muslim.

Fast forward few years, she got married and got 2 kids now. We still contact each other but not so frequent, just some birthday or raya or cny wishes. Bini orang tu, jangan la...

Some of you might ask is she pretty? Well she got a healthy and fit body back then, long hair and bright skin, face wise I'll say average like 3 from 5 scores, she definitely looks better without make ups well at least to me, her lips are my favorite and this might sounds crazy, she like my butt, yes she said that...

And Islamic religous authorities have no jurisdiction over the Non, unless the Non converts to marry.

Sorry, I made a mistake on my part, I meant JAIS, not JAKIM.

I don't think any Islamic bodies in Malaysia has any jurisdiction on non-Muslims having sex with Muslims.

If JAIS/JAKIM suddenly has power over non-Muslims it will become a big big issue already.

Islamic (Syariah) laws can never be applied on non-Muslims. And there's no federal law or state law that says you can't fuck a Muslim either.

If jakim caught malay and non malay in a room, only malay will be charged. Non malay wont be detained.

If jakim caught malay and non malay doing it in public area, malay will be charged. Non malay will be charged based on the officer mood. Technically, and legally, can be charged under public indecency, but they will need to call police for that.
