Difficult to sell to many local people here if no banjir with local chilli sauce.
Here many people unable to eat anything without banjir chilli sauce.

well during my study years got arab students selling shawarma got fries also.

for middle east IINM shawarma and kebab both different thing.

shawarma is flatbread with cutting of meat with fries, mayo and some veg
kebab is a stick of meat, served on its own or with bread

got 1 shop in ampang, BRC in taman nirwana, the kebab damn nice. no need chilli sauce.


then in jalan TAR got macam 1 famous shawarma, is malay one , that one is got sauce, you can say its fake, but its damn good as well, been eating it since small
