If you buy shawarma/kebab, and they put sos cili on it. Then it's not real.
Real shawarma/kebab from middle east, they dont put sos cili on it. It will ruin the taste

Not i agree to banjir, just that localize shwarma kebab with slight twist in sauce doesnt mean the thing is not kebab shwarma.

Nah, I eat in UK also sos banjir but not just any cheapo chili sos like video shown. Their sos really hot like Siracha and can see biji chilli as well. If asians order, they kasi more sos, if om puteh order, they just dab a bit only. Same like in Berlin, eat curry wurst also they put cili sos or mustard (for whites) and I will ask for 'sharft' or pedas and they will take out their habanero sos with spices, real kick!

I never eat our locals cos I see the meat also nak muntah..

Middle east don’t have chili sauce like us. They only have hot sauce which is difference taste.

well during my study years got arab students selling shawarma got fries also.

for middle east IINM shawarma and kebab both different thing.

shawarma is flatbread with cutting of meat with fries, mayo and some veg
kebab is a stick of meat, served on its own or with bread

got 1 shop in ampang, BRC in taman nirwana, the kebab damn nice. no need chilli sauce.


then in jalan TAR got macam 1 famous shawarma, is malay one , that one is got sauce, you can say its fake, but its damn good as well, been eating it since small
