850sqft for ~RM400K!!! IF we ignore conversion, this is even worse than property prices in Singapore....

Singapore HDB flats are much bigger, cheaper and in better shape than this !!

Should just sell for RM 100k-200k. Developer still make profit. But I think they're waiting for govt to bail them out by subsidizing them to sell to pipit.

sub 300k i'd say is fair price. other than that, nope. that's super high density,, doesn't justify high price tag.
