4000+ families..how's the car park? now at least 2 cars per family. Hopefully enough la..if not people will start parking at roadside and traffic will be insane.

Kesian to residents in that area..sure jam kaw kaw at peak hours.

Roadside is Jalan Cheras main road woh........ today park, tomorrow car disappeared 😅✌️

Seems like Razak city is very dense, the unit number is almost 60% more than M Vertica.

If buyers keep supporting this project, more similar high density project will appear and rakyat suffers

Almost sold out .. so developer in future will build more of these ..

I didn’t know OUG Parklane are separate buildings with each it’s own MC. Thought it operated as one. Also if I’m not mistaken it occupies a much larger land area as well when compared to M Vertica.

Yes M Vertica is definitely one of the worst, if I’m not wrong they also have something similar in Kepong that’s built on the same concept.

There is a reason for these high numbers of units in a dev order, specially KL.
Check out on the latest urbanised MIL concept policy
