Look like your SSD hard drive issue. As I know, you cannot claim warranty by your own unless they have some sort like service center where you can walk in. You can check and call them to clarify it. World standard warranty claim is 1st year seller will bear the shipping cost. After 1st year, customer have to bear the cost by your own.
If your SSD is more than 5 years, just buy and replace it. If less than 2 years, buy new one and let the new one run as main SSD hard drive while you send the faulty unit to RMA. After they send back to you the RMA unit, use it as backup.
So far my hard drive all is still in working condition, even for safety purpose, I change hard drive every 3 years. Primary becoming secondary, newly bought hard drive will becoming primary hard drive. Now my practice is primary hard drive is only for OS and software, data all stored in secondary hard drive and this secondary hard drive will be replace with new one every 3 years.
I still have old hard drive which still running fine from 10+years ago. So far none of them is fully dead. So i use those hard drive to store movie, music and non-important installer or ISO image.
