the shopee thingy is a trimer, not a shaver... unless he also like to shave his head.

electric shaver can use with cream, its the basic dry one.

wet ones can use with water, shaving cream, etc...

Philips series 3000 Wet or Dry electric shaver. this should be good....

I got a Philips and Panasonic one, cant recall what but after a while just rely on gillette blue 3 disposable. I got Fusion also but expensive refills.
