Chapati deemed to be healthier due to its low GI index thanks to buckwheat. But in true 1 chapati (300kcal) = 1.5 thosai (200kcal) (another 50-100kcal for curry/dhal. Dhal better coz high protein)
Thosai is lower in calories because it's made of rice. It's recommended to eat thosai unless u have pre diabetes symptoms.
