Last I send my client to Primer Cherang KD. Cost abt 350+ exclude meds another RM 50 or so. The fella wanna marry malei girl hence kena pancung.

Usually is below rm500. And pricing can depend on what circumsize technic u want to go for. Some clinic do traditional way, freehand. Some modern way the clamping technic, alot parents prefer now a day for their kids. And got stapler technic but expensive. I heard clean cut.

By the way at this price point u got any idea what is the method used?

About 2 years ago my son sunat, the klinik charge RM150 only.

My friend said lazer. Very happy with the result.

but laser is burning the cut off the skin right? it can burn ngam ngam and won't hurt the nerve endings?

this you gotta ask the doc, all i know laser is the most expensive but least painful and fastest recovery

depends on your foreskin length, mine is about 1/4 being cut off then clamp. just enough to show the head.

Very skillful dr specialize in sunat for child and adult
Probably most value for money of the above.

Better to do complete full cut instead of half cut.

Most people prefer clamping now a day.
Stapler i not familiar but many said less complicated and fast, and clean cut, recover faster, but expensive.

How come stapler is double the price of laser? I thought the best method now is laser treatment which I thought will be the most expensive since its the best???

Because the "laser" treatment that you hear from most of the clinics not a real laser treatment. their so called "laser" treatment is using diathermy or electric knife to do circumcision, is part of the traditional method, that's why it is cheaper.

REAL laser treatment is using either Yag/Co2 laser, need special laser machine. Not many clinics have that or have specialty to do that.

I think u better just go for clamp method. Good thing is clamp method no need stitch. By 5 days can take off clamp. And less bleeding also.
But still quite alot people go for freehand also.
Laser method also ok good, but still need to be stitch.

Just want to know which method is be the best for adult and budget is no issue. Just want to give lil bro the best service available it deserves. lol

For adult u opt for less bleeding method. Make sure u dont have health issue or complication. Usually adult sunat the doctor will ask abt ur health 1st either u fit to be circumsize or not.
If u want clean look choose the one no need stitch.

All methods are not painful if local anesthesia (LA) is applied properly.

Problem is, some doctors want to save on LA and applied not enough or inject at the wrong area causing inadequate numbing.

Also the LA only lasts for 30 minutes. If the procedure takes longer than 30 minutes, chances are you will start to feel pain when the numbing effects wears off. Likely during the stitching process.

So it is important to choose a skillful doctor or surgeon that can do it beautifully (less scar and faster healing) and do the procedure fast(before numbing effects wears off).

Which ever method (clamp/laser/diathermy/stapler) is irrelevant if the doctor is noob.

Stapler methods tends to have less follow up treatment.

If adult, better not choose clamp.
Because the clamp will stay on the dick for 5-7days.
If you happens to have an erection, it will be very agonizing.
Also, you will have to endure pain 2nd time when removing the clamp.

Children, on the other hand, won't have erection, so not so much problem.


So if for adult, choose laser(diathermy + stitches) or stapler is the best.

If budget no issue, choose Stapler method.

Go internet search for ZSR stapler circumcision to find out more.

If you are in KL selangor area, I would recommend clinic Dr Hasbi in Puchong.

You can even customise the type of cut you want.

Sorry I not sure whether the real laser is already a thing in local hospital, general or private. Can't find any info yet... Maybe you need to check with the doctor or the hospital to find out

I forgot abt the erection part. Yah it will be very painful if erect in the tube clamp damn. Adult everyday will see hot sexy amoi, sure erect one lulz! Before go clinic wanna remove the clamp need to soak in water at home to loosen up the clamp so that easier to take out. But in rare case, clamp difficult to take out do happen. So gonna have pain 2nd time like u said.
No need say clamp, even circumsized handfree traditional way, if suddenly erection also very painful already coz it pull the stitched skin that not yet used to be stretched.
Children do erect especially the time wanna go pee, and during sleep at night. It simply erect itself at night.
