Because the "laser" treatment that you hear from most of the clinics not a real laser treatment. their so called "laser" treatment is using diathermy or electric knife to do circumcision, is part of the traditional method, that's why it is cheaper. REAL laser treatment is using either Yag/Co2 laser, need special laser machine. Not many clinics have that or have specialty to do that.
