Dear All,
I have 2 Freehold & Individual Title Landed property to select as follows :
1.Dengkil - 20x70 with 1,900+sqft Built up size.
2.Kajang2 - 20x70 with 1600+sqft Built up size.
Both properties are about the same price (RM700k++)
But I'm totally confused and stressed to select the best property to buy.
Both properties has its own pro and cons but it was quite hard to select the best.
Please advise

If only this 2 project, I will say Kajang is matured, compare to Dengkil is still developing. If you more consider about convenient, go for Kajang. As public transport, medical, school & etc is ready. If you more consider feature value increase dengkil have a lot of potential.
But honestly Kajang is even jam as it link to jalan cheras to kl, and feature there are a lot high dense condo is vping so the traffic will be even jam. But dengkil cyber putrajaya still don't have a lot condo, so the Mex highwayay not as jam jalan cheras, this is what I observe the market
Well analysis.... I got the same thought as well.
Living in Dengkil is more for a comfortable living place.
Going everywhere is not so jam... Nearest MRT is putrajaya central hub which will be going to operating soon in 3 mths time.
