Feel and visually also dry, until it will cause me to scratch it.

Mostly on face, hands, fingers (especially cuticle), hip & lower part of my leg. It happen for many years dy, i mean the dry symptom when i took the supplement. I kinda test few different brand of the same supplement (i.e cod liver oil) for 1-2 days then got the dry out symptom, then i stop and rest for few weeks, the dryness gone and test again. I just dunno what is wrong with me. The reason i took these supplement is my skin is dry or looks dehydrated maybe due to expose to air con long hours but those supplement make it worse.
