I made a booking for the unit I’m interested after gotten all the information from the Salesperson. At first the salesperson provide the nett price after rebate. And we agreed on this. But after I made the booking (as in transfer to the developer), then they say they made mistake on the rebate ( it was 1% lesser) . In that case how should I responding. 1% extra fork out isn’t a small amount though for me at least.

So normally once we pay booking fees, need to get official quote from the sales developer too?

The other way around.

Get quote b4 signing booking form so that both tnc matches. But then developers wont give it to you.

'Trust Me' is their key word.

If you buy through agent, ask the agency for the written confirmation if they want the sale.

What a joke. In Malaysia a Deposit means nothing. I had the same fight over a car deposit. Never trust any of them.
