2nd progress payment of 15% are for the structure frame work done on said parcel..............maybe your unit is higher level?

anyway, just received my next progressive payment billing part 2c of another 10% this morning in my e-mail............damn, my block 2 lower unit progressive very fast.......will be paying 45% (can consider half paid up) for my unit by next week.....lol

There's no SAMM unit in Hype, I just checked with the agent who helped me booked my unit and it's also not advertised anywhere otherwise I would have gone with it. Same thing with Damayan, based on Sime Darby's website only Serasi has SAMM unit.

I was planning to get a SAMM unit but then realized it's not gonna be furnished in any way and it might end up being about the same price as the non-SAMM unit if I include the cost of furnishing it so now I'm planning to get Type A at Block B instead. Now I'm deciding between 3rd floor (facing podium) and 22nd floor, every other floor is pretty much snapped up. There's about a 30k difference between both floors. I actually prefer lower floors since I don't like the idea of relying on the lift for the rest of my life to take me to my home. Also, is the 3rd floor (for this apartment) considered ok? Will I hear a lot of noise from the bottom? I know most people prefer top floor but I'm trying to find out more good reasons to go with the lower floor.

Are you saying no tiles for SAMM unit? Bedroom and study room for SAMM unit do have laminated timber flooring.
