My wife sis stay there and i always go to PH area. Compare to the place i currently stay, here is less pack, but in future dont know lol.

I also saw a post few days ago a forummer said the imiliki not passed due to the discount 9.4%,  also confuse about this, cuz during choose unit the sales agent tell me there's certain of unit not applicable for imiliki because lawyer submitted alot and rejected. Then sales agent ask me to pick those unit that can apply for imiliki. My discount also didnt reach 10% i wonder my application will be reject as well. Donno whether its true or not .

I think maybe is my discount total now is 9.5% and there's another discount not stated in %, rougly 0.4% so it was 9.9%.. Maybe cause that agent said those unit applicable for imiliki..

received my progress billing by snail mail.......alamak, 2nd claim consist of 2 parts of 10% and 15%.......total 25%, omg so fast need to pay total of 35% for my unit........BY 24/11/2023 I will have already paid more then 1/3.....LOL

Talked to the SA today, offer were around 350k for type A, with free SPA legal fees and some small stuff like kitchen set and aircond.

yup........lower level unit, scratching my head to pay 2 parts of progressive payment at once......LOL

actually this was in my mind of getting projects/units along the lrt for future traveling convenience but still planning and thinking which and where........need to learn more from sifus here first before taking next step....cheers

Buying for ownstay.. it's a loan rejected unit from first block but the car park allocation is not ideal. need to pusing and pusing until level 4 and above

will sit out on hype project for mean time.......will monitor and look see look see for now......

I'm not interested in Block 3 Type A units since it's facing HTC hahaha. surprisingly Block 2 lower ground units is priced higher than Block 1 mid-level units. both are street view

but the lower storey Block 2 units have lower car park allocation than the 2x floor unit at Block 1 that I've inquired.. usually the trend is higher level units = lower level car park for new condo/service apartments right
