my daughter's unit at block 3 still at lower main structures works only.

think block 2 will be first to build up the main structures as this block located at the rear of this development, before the rest of the building..........just my personal 2 sen opinion.

No leh. SPA signed during the 1st open day and loan agreement in early August. Both also still no updates from the law firm.

prefer to get the next one nearer to my home, will become sort of an extension (additional 1+1room) to my current staying home instead of doing extension which isn't cheap nowadays also doesn't really increase the house value.......just my personal opinion and preferences

anyway this serasi unit will be my back up plan when retired or too old to really take care ourselves (me and my home minister)........where we can live near to one of our children yet apart without obstructing or intruding with their lives.........just my personal opinion and planning
