aluminium formworks such as KUMKANG, MIVAN, PLYTEC etc...

basically the mould is put up, then concrete poured in with the rebars etc...

This 1 last longer n better than IBS n bricks? Is it common in construction works?
*
system formwork is very common nowadays, IBS is still very new.

last longer or not, it is quite similar, as both as reinforced concrete...

only difference IBS is made off-site, in a factory, and assembled on site...

system formwork is more in-situ works...

Crestbuilder very fast in d construction works, can complete by 2025? Hope the quality is good?😄

Can clarify why use aluminium formworks instead of IBS?
*
currently, due to not enough larger scale IBS players, IBS costs are still higher than aluminium formworks. these larger scale guys are like those in Singapore - which there is not enough players in Msia so far.

while i agree that the quality of the IBS finished products are more consistently controlled rather than on-site works, the jointing areas (IBS is like LEGO, put up pieces together) continue to face a lot of scrutiny and criticism due to leakages - well our Msian thunderstorm, rain and wind are crazier than many other areas with plenty of IBS (such as UK). In-situ on site works are more monolithic, as the vertical and horizontal elements have a more proper joint, rather than just plain grouts.

furthermore with our speed right now, the progress is still very much ahead, so no worries about that.
