got ask my agent what type of buyer profile that buys Serenade condo when I check the ground floor showroom (Serenade showroom).

He said "like this la bro, just now about an hour ago before you came, got 1 guy ask me what is the process of buying cash for Type C..."

Last time I went to sales gallery, I found it interesting because got 2 different demographic house buyers in the gallery, because the left side is Serasi (which the showroom located at upstairs) then the right side is Serenade (which the showroom located at ground floor), can really see the differences.

Unfortunately, I didn't proceed to buy the SAMM unit
Hopefully some genuine buyer will start this

Both Serasi (Samm) & Pinancle I also purchased 1 unit too!!!    

LRT near Serasi is terminal stops which makes it abit further to travel to either KL area or PJ area. LRT near Pinnacles has greater convenience as it’s interchanging station with ktm to Subang airport provided the lrt station is kinda middle of the entire Kelana Jaya line.

But understood that for ownstay, Serasi offers a better option over Pinnacles that’s highly investor oriented.

Just something came across my mind.

Btw, I’m not selling any of these 2 projects. Just my personal thoughts sharing from investor perspective ya.
