I am currently bonded at SG comp with 3 month salary pay if break it, I don't need to pay if get fired. And I really want to leave. I don't think they want me there as well as I'm getting drowned in work.
Best answer I gt so far is talk to HR, and say that you need to go back malaysia with valid reasons , ask them to consider to release the bond. Any suggestions |
