That price- any rebate? Else high in my view. At Rm750 psf - there are many other options to consider

Current transacted subsale is around RM640psf. Unless 15% rebate can skip.

I passby temasya8 oftens. Looks not so occupied and minimal commercial nearby.

Does anyone know the exact location of the development? Is it beside the UOA Business Park?

It is on the empty plot between Temasya 8 and this GIGI cage
so- approx 10 mins walk to UOA Business park

Yes..in between of subang, ara, pj, shah alam. 2 lrts in sort of walking distance. Based on quick search, rental is okay too.
