QUOTE(Klesk @ Oct 29 2007, 10:52 AM) crap the movie scared the shit out of me, hands down, this the most scariest vampire movie ever.... What DA EFF.....your standards has fall flat man. This was never the scariest vamp series ever. If more, it's prolly one of the gorriest. The scare factor fell flat after the "massacre" process took place. Nevertheless, the ending was a "killer" i must say. But i guess coming from a logical factor...that's the only way. It's not like we have Mr. Blade around..he would prolly chop em off into pieces and save us an hour of scream, weird ass talking vamps and annoying screaming/howling vamps wif really dental problems.

QUOTE(soul2soul @ Nov 5 2007, 10:50 AM) my review as follow » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « It is a noble idea to setup the movie in some god-farsaken land where the sun does not set for 30 days. The momentum of the movie is good , UNTIL the last 20 mins of the movie. It is as if they ran out of ideas on how to end the show. It also degrades somewhat when they projected the vampires as having some human traits at the end.
some illogical things though; 1. There should be some form of medical facilities in the small town, a doctor or a clinic somewhere.
2. A cut-off town for more than a few days will provoke suspicion of their neighbouring towns, and surely they will send something to investigate... and not wait for 30 days...
3. the vampires wearing modern working suit?
4. nobody thought of silver bullets ?
as a whole, the movie is a worth watch, but dont get disappointed towards the end. But to be frank with the overall, this movie is based on da novel which has da same ending as well. And of the sequel if there is one would be even more...hillarious.
