Condo @ Old Klang Road [ 5 ] ** [27.78%]

I never own affordable house so have doubt on the build quality and neighborhood. But no doubt price is cheaper.
In this case which one will you choose? Open project can get when you pay booking, but rumawip need to compete will thousands of applicants and not sure can get?
I'm eligible and contemplating on both option. I'm looking for your precious comment on pros and cons. Lean to own stay purpose.

Condo @ Old Klang Road - 480k can get now
Rumawip at 15 mins away - 300k need to wait for open

Same with most condos now incl dpc.

Defects are not options but norm. Most important the developer undertake all repairs in the shortest time.

Many rumahwips are available in the auction market now. Some are newly VP and cheaper than launching price.

Buy normal condo and at higher price.

For affordable housing, one can still sell b4 expiry of moratorium with a valid reason.

If you qualify, go for Rumah WIP because Rumah WIP is not low cost but actually heavily subsidized by government.

Neighborhood, go for the one with a lot of PDW's staffs are buying. Reason, you need a quality pool of owners who are capable of managing the JMB/MC the building. The PWD's staffs consist of Architects, Engineers, QS, etc which is a good pool of educated owners to be elected to manage the JMB/MC.

Rumawip. Once you have property in KL address, you are not eligible to buy any rumawip.

Those tell you different reasons to buy harga bebas, probably are sales agent.

Buy through auctions without restriction unless if is stated bumi unit, then only open to bumi.
