If you qualify, go for Rumah WIP because Rumah WIP is not low cost but actually heavily subsidized by government.
Neighborhood, go for the one with a lot of PDW's staffs are buying. Reason, you need a quality pool of owners who are capable of managing the JMB/MC the building. The PWD's staffs consist of Architects, Engineers, QS, etc which is a good pool of educated owners to be elected to manage the JMB/MC. |
