Well, if the buyer assumed that you have con him/her why not display the proof that u have made the delivery..
I heard that you can compensate an amount which I am not much clear coz I never encounter this situation before. And, if they don't wanted to responsible for their clumsy act, just bring this matter to the court. For sure they would agree to settle down outside court. Cheers |
