Today morning, one of the staff called me and told me most probably the parcel lost already and blame me why didn't told her inside the parcel is handphone, so they can pay more attention on it then i asked the staff " as a professional courier service company, they should take care on every parcels, right?" The staff laugh and said sometimes depend on luck also.
Then, just now the buyer wants me to pay him back full amount and assume me don't have send the item. And the buyer said is my fault because i choose wrong courier service company
I called to the HQ helpline just now but the receptionist ask me call another helpdesk line, they just push me to here and there.
The main points for this thread are...
1. Can i claim compensation from GDex if the parcel really lost?
2. I received the payment and sent the item via GDex, now GDex lost the parcel and still tracking the parcel, this also consider con case?
