Got visible scratches at the bottom of the phone…not sure if I should surrender back 1:1 coz it wil take time…their display is also like that..

Yeah, mine too over 30GB. My concern is only the LINE app and my partner is on the plane back to Thailand so meanwhile I quickly did the backup and restore, I was hoping it would be completed soon. It really did for LINE, fully restored. Lucky.
My WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are also restoring now.

Ya, I was also worried so asked a few times here and luckily the gurus here taught me and shared a lot of tips. I also watched YouTube videos because I don't want to travel twice to The Gardens. Just now picked up my phone from Machines, The Gardens then went over to Digi, The Gardens to do the simple set up and after that the staff just did the eSIM for me. It is free by the way.
