dont think is 14 pro max popular, is the 14 plus lame
14 plus should be fetch less unit sales than mini in my opinion

at least not for me, there are quite a lot of my guys friends all opt for pro only, max cannot fit into pocket
the non pro model can drop like you mentioned, make way for mini that has some love from certain peoples

Scrounging up every ringgit and sen to save up for this phone. Been on my OP7P+ for close to 4 years and I've had enough of this company as a whole.

Also, I feel burned at the inconsistency of security patches of Android. If you have a phone for a year or two, sure it's fine. But after year 3, you will feel all the badness associated with having old hardware.

True, my dad's XR which is slightly older than my phone still gets the same software as my sister's iPhone 13 Pro Max (minus a few bits and bobs here and there), and he got the option to download the updates more or less around the same time she does.

Me on the other hand, took around 3 months to update to Android 12 after the update for my phone was released. Now I am still waiting for the phone's End of Life update, been waiting for about a month now for that.

Really hope that the price is not too extreme
