With anticipation going strong for the iPhone 15 release, what has been an effective preorder method to receive the phone on launch day for you? I will never forget my sour experience preordering physically with Machines Mid Valley last year, so I will not patron them again. I am hoping for an option to preorder online with collection in store, thinking of Switch this time. Excited for Malaysian fans to collect our titaniums on launch day Sep 29.

Trying to click the Complete Order button brings me back to the payment page nonstop now. Cannot seem to proceed

Hi! Got an order from Switch as well and my order number is XX81 too, pretty strange right?

But anyways, I wanted to check with you guys if your order has appeared in the order history page in the Main Switch website. Because mine is showing no existing orders. Could be because the preorders were being placed in a separate website and it may be added in later, but just curious if it has appeared for you in your switch account.

One thing was I did set the pickup location to the Sunway Pyramid launch event which I believe will only run from 29 Sep to 1 Oct. This should mean anyone who has selected that should be able to collect next weekend. I hope.

Fellow Switch Pre-Order gang, when I click the “view your order” link now from the order confirmed email the resulting webpage no longer shows my order.

Are you guys experiencing the same thing?

Slay!! Switch has came through with the most wanted SMS. Knew I made the right choice with them instead of Machines this year. Excited for tomorrow now.

Been using the 15 Pro Max in Natural Titanium since yesterday and I have some thoughts.

1. Purchasing experience from Switch Sunway was overall Fantastic. Went to queue at 9am and was still able to be one of the few early birds qualified for the freebies, they gave a tumbler, sticky notes, a mini duffel bag, and a Otterbox dual USB C Adapter, and a separate RM50 voucher. Not to mention the services rendered, the staff was friendly and handed out water to those in line, and they even asked me which accessories I would like and brought them to me so I could check out everything without exiting the line

2. Was in a rush after collecting my phone so I did not open it in store. I actually asked the staff “even if there were something wrong with it, you guys wouldn’t have any replacements right now correct?” and they were like yeahhh. Luckily everything condition wise is great

3. Spigen EZ Fit screen protector is a fantastic fit for this phone. Applied myself with no issues, recommend looking this up as there are fitting issues with several brands

4. The natural titanium color is gorgeous and classy, this color and the white titanium are more striking this year compared to the rest as you can really see the shinier brushed titanium finishes on them

5. Putting any case on the natural titanium phone will instantly make the phone look uglier, unless you use a clear one. That being said, I’m loving the FineWoven case so far. The suede cloth feels great in my hands. It’s also one of the only cases right now with a machined action button which feels amazing to press

6. The new curved edges are very noticeable. However once you put a case on you won’t notice it. Feels like this is a phone that needs to go naked sometimes for full enjoyment

7. The smaller bezels are a noticeable improvement even with a case on, feels like the display is almost at the edge and has a very “all screen” feeling, it’s neat

7. Battery life is… not great yet? The phone is probably indexing after transferring almost 256gb from my 5 year old XS Max, so I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt first

8. I can already see some great uses to come for the 5x telephoto. Hope Taylor Swift will be more visible on my recordings next March

9. The action button UI and haptics are cool as hell

I’m sure the rest can chip in but it was strangely smooth for me. Ported over without any action needed.

Also tried a few secure2u transactions and it did go to my 15 Pro.

I feel like this needs to be raised up higher as it’s clearly very widespread. I know this because I have been babying the case and this still happened to me. I wonder if Apple will give us a replacement or are all batches going to end up like this. It’s quite unacceptable for only a week’s use. I have an old leather case from my XS Max which has actually torn apart over years of use, so this seam is actually a cause for concern “tearing” so early on. Have any of your FW cases been affected? Otherwise I’m actually enjoying the fit and feel of the FW case so far.
