You actually no need to contact them as everything will be settle by apple. As hye mentioned, no permit is required done by customer site as it will be settled by Apple. Apple did not ship your item only, it is whole batch of devices. So your calling to DHL is actually make trouble to them for extra job check your item where it is not required initially.
