If less take out then can change to eSIM, I'm using 2 eSIM in iphone. One thing good is when you go overseas and need sim card, you don't need to swap out Malaysian sim card.

How fast ur process on doing esim transfer a? Mine one stuck at activating esim on new iPhone quite some time dy.

The many complaints about discoloration should be clarified. It is noticeable when tons of fingerprint on it. Wiped it clean u won’t see any.

Spoke to Apple directly via phone, after 2 hours on the line being transferred around, finally the senior supervisor/ manager took over the case and told me he saw those pics and he would personally return it if its his unit, scratches are obvious and absurd, he reassured me they will contact maxis to issue a replacement. He said Maxis is not their accredited resellers like Machines/ Switch etc, they are third party so it will take a while. He will go directly to maxis's dispute team, which handle cases like these, and get them to send instruction to the stores directly to issue replacement. I'm expecting 2-3 weeks for these...

Seems need to pay a visit to maxis center, mine forever activating 😂

I have an Asus AIMesh at home, wifi signal full bar.

This auto update popped up immediately after I transferred my Apple ID and chose the wifi signal. Didn't even have time to restore from iTunes yet.

Luckily it timed out, and I am updating it now via iTunes.

the scratches were quite bad in person, its as if I put it on a rough surface and force scratch it on purpose....normally I would just suck it up if its not much.... imagine the feeling of holding it yet need to return and wait for couple more weeks...

and yes thats exactly what Apple said, no way we pay for new phone and unbox to see scratches like these, the manager I spoke to said he is a consumer himself and would make a fuss over similar issue...especially paying for a product well over a thousand dollars..

Hellu. For those using a case with an Action button cutout, how does it feel? easy to press the button? would u rather have the case with a Action button cover? My iphone coming later so waiting to see if case companies are updating their cases with an Action button instead (waiting for Andar hopefully they will use a button)

Mine just done. Everything. Banking apps are the most headache, all need activation and require 12H. My TnG eWallet cannot recognize my face and now I'm logged out and need to contact Careline. Luckily I know a big shot in TnG eWallet and he is getting his backend team to unlock for me. I need to send them my "new" face because I have this problem... Maybe the first one was done in dark environment, now it cannot pass anymore.

I consider myself unlucky + yes this year’s QC seems to be lacking. Never had such issue since iPhone 2, had abit of hiccups with iPad pros (gen 3 screen irresponsive), others are smooth.
Malaysia also 14 days replacement, not sure about refund. Put freebies aside, when you’re unlucky you would appreciate services like these, where they change 1 to 1 without delay or further questioning.

I think once Apple Store opens here I’ll not buy from elsewhere, don’t want the freebies, rather go with good after sales. And I’ll mostly bid goodbye to telco contracts too, with all the plans getting cheaper and cheaper, no point going for 2 years contract + buying from them (third party)…this will most likely be my last contract…

Last time I bought the iPad mini and I want to change colour but I am not allow to do refund.

Think they only allow for 1 to 1 exchange if the item is having prob.

Apple Store lion city allows customers to do full refund - even opened and used within 14 days. As long as the item is bought online or from the Apple Store physically.

They can even come to ur place to pick up the item to be refunded via DHL with no charge of the postage etc. and again will get back the full refund with zero charge.

i think we need to wait our own apple store open first so we can enjoy 14days returns without questions asked. china also can return.
