I just call Maxis center. They not even call me and they is no delivery and direct put attempts delivery failure.

This is not good. Waiting Maxis or Delivery courier services call back now. 😭

This is common reply. They already received the stock as some already send out.

My unit already at courier services, just on hold by them as they cannot release before 29 Sept, 2023.

They said cannot already, my sister had call them and the courier centre also had call me back.
They are new agreement between Maxis, user (the owner) cannot choose pickup at courier centre, they will not release.

They said the owner also must at the delivery destination to receiving the package as they will not pass to 3rd person included family members. Faint right...

But I do schedule with them delivery time tomorrow. 😅

And they cannot sort out other pre-order customers’ issue. Way to go.

When they choose the wrong priorities. Machines just ruins my weekends plan.

Apparently it's the same with maxis... I'm at Pyramid now and just chat with one of their staff - she told me our choice of pick-up centres will only call/email us tomorrow to tell us what time to pick up

Oh well....

For Maxis, mine one is ready for delivery tomorrow. One lady called me jsut now.

Wah congrats. I been waiting for so long yet no news from maxis. Ordered on 22 at 12am also. I asked maxis whatsapp they said the center will call. Seriously terrible. The tracking system is stuck at pick and pack. Other telco are handling it well. Should have just selected home delivery. Hope for the best tomorrow.

Some more got specific time also…the stock should have reached the centre tomorrow morning latest if not tonight.
