Got visible scratches at the bottom of the phone…not sure if I should surrender back 1:1 coz it wil take time…their display is also like that..

Can anyone else confirm bottom of your phone also got scratches like these ?

Yeap I went over to machines and all IT and their demo units have no visible defects. So the store manager told me demo units are normally perfect and commercial units might all be the same (lol) coincidentally another customer unboxing their phone so I went over to check, and there’s no cosmetic issues on his as well…so I proceeded with the exchange.

What’s funny though, they didn’t issue me any documents or receipts or letters for the replace, she just took my phone and say will inform me when new unit arrive…I urged to take a video of her statement..

From 21H, I almost gave up, so I press the power button and volume down button, didn't switch off the phone. Press cancel. Then, it resumed the iCloud restore and I see the duration kept reducing.

Voila done!

I did the simple set up first and set it as new iPhone without transferring any data, then got my new eSIM from Digi. Reset my phone again, and chose to retain eSIM. After that, chose iCloud and it started restoring and now doing it in the background.

In short, you should go and get the eSIM first. But at least once it is restored and can see your phone wallpaper etc., then you can go and get eSIM already and let everything restore on its own in background.

Phone to phone transfer and restore took about 18 minutes for me.

I have two active SIMs and my corporate SIM is in nano, in order to change to eSIM, I will need company's letter... So, I'm lazy.

Mine just done. Everything. Banking apps are the most headache, all need activation and require 12H. My TnG eWallet cannot recognize my face and now I'm logged out and need to contact Careline. Luckily I know a big shot in TnG eWallet and he is getting his backend team to unlock for me. I need to send them my "new" face because I have this problem...
