Not sure if this was mentioned but preferably to set up as new iPhone. Got some hiccups last night while setting up as transfer. Especially banking apps and TnG (was the worst of all) which they will log you out, and sometimes even ask u to delete and redownload the app first before being able to log in.
For TnG, the issue is that the popup never appear to link to new device. So you have to reinstall the app. Don't go trying putting wrong pin/security answer as I hit that ytd and had to call TnG CS to uplift my ban.

Used baseus screen protector (RM14) with a Ringke case, the case is not obstructing the case.

After a few days of usage (less than a week), here's my take coming from iPhone 8+. (Yes, 5 years ago's phone)

1) Screen is a B I G difference.
2) FaceID is wonderful at most times, it sucks when I'm on bed because I tend to have a quarter of my face sink into the pillow. Hassle when I access banking apps etc.
3) Super smooth UI and fast loading. As if it was the day I got my 8+.
4) Heavier than my previous but manageable.
5) Somehow I easily got use to swiping gesture eventho coming from a touch ID device and own one swiping gesture device.
6) Don't see myself playing with the Action Button. Maybe I'm vanilla.
7) Audio is super duper loud and "surround sound". Hopefully it lasts and pray lints don't decide to move in my speaker grills so fast.

Anyways, it's a superb upgrade for me. I guess more of loving it than complaining about it!
To those still waiting for a unit, I hope ya'll get yours soon!

Possible causes of delay:
1) China's golden week (1st Oct - 7th Oct)
2) Most stocks went towards AAR instead of Apple
3) Initially was shipment via sea but I guess with mounting pressure from buyers, they changed back to using air shipment instead.

Some "fun fact(s)" for iPhone 15 year release:
1) Apple Store PO customers DID NOT GET their phones on launch day. Earliest was a week after the launch day which is around 5-6th October (please correct me if I'm wrong)
2) AARs got the most stocks with easy returns if defect was found. Telco's DGAF.
3) Blue Titanium was the least sought after colour.
4) 15 and 15Plus stocks were plenty throughout the order fulfilment period (also as of time of writing)
5) There were hiccups for transferring data over from old iPhone to new iPhone on launch day (iinm was caused by a bug in iOS 17.0.2)

Got this since day 1. Been using it since day1.

Review: I dropped my phone from my car seat -> road and there were no scratches on phone (thank god) and even the case. Mind you the road was very rocky and my phone and case survived. I think overall it’s as good as those RM80++ ones.

Yellowing? Not sure cos my soap is orange in colour so may have affected abit. 😂

Price? RM18 only! That’s still shocking me till today that it’s cheap and reliable. Plus, the camera bump is protected too!

I have this too. Lint magnet but whatever you put on the magsafe on the case, it wont slip off easily. That’s the only good part.

Not sure why but the magnet was strong for me.
Yellowish is expected but for that price point, i feel it’s cheap to replace la. Maybe they up their game d this round so it better overall.

Case is justttt slightly higher than the lens. As for the front, it’s a visible higher level. Magsafe magnet is strong. Currently using Moft’s Movas wallet on the magnet. Just trying it out a few more days before I say my review. Overall, it’s still just a case and just take extra precaution on it. Wash it with detergent once a week then use tissue to wipe dry. I found that there’s no empty space for water to hide while wiping dry the case so that’s a plus point for me.

Not really related to iPhone 15 Pro series, can't find a proper thread to post it so imma just post it here.

So easier iPhone repairs and AppleCare incoming?

New toy in addition to my Moft MOVAS wallet.

Here comes my review. I'm using a Pro Max with a silicon case with MagSafe ring so keep that in mind.

First up, Moft MOVAS Flip case


Pros:
1) Thin n lightweight
2) Cheap but quality product
3) Magnet is quite strong
4) Quite resistant to stains (Do note I still clean the surface before putting it but so far I see no difference in colour of the base vs other parts of the snap on wallet)


Cons:
1) Advertises 2 cards can be put @ the back but I don't think you would want to.
2) The angle of the "stand" of course cannot be adjusted. Personally I don't like the angle. It's a good angle from an arm's length away (hand -> elbow length).

Note: I managed to fit 2 fingers into the wallet when it's on stand mode. The fingers that fit the best is the middle and ring finger.

Pros:
1) Feels premium as heck
2) Magnet is wayyyyyyyy stronger than Moft's MOVAS.
3) got FindMy functionality. (Not sure if this is even a pro haha)
4) Angle the stand @ whichever angle I want.

Cons:
1) Thick and heavy as heck when you put them in your pocket
2) Advertises 3 cards but let's call it a day after you put 2.
3) Need to "charge" it every 3 months

Note: Only 1 finger fits in the "ring". Best one would be middle, then pointing.
