can directly convert to esim from physical if u are using maxis. but make sure your email is correct at your maxis profile as this use for verification.

Similar to what overseas YouTubers may do. Used the item for two weeks and refund after that.

Of course one should not misuse this.
For this kind of full refund policy is really good for customers who had made the wrong choice of the colours, configurations etc.
Particularly useful for biggger item like MacBook or other mac while one could not confirm which configuration will fit their workflows so if they bought already and really could not they can request for refund and buy the right configuration.
