Some with facilities and some without. For my townhouse i just need to pay around RM100 monthly for maintenance fee.Buy landed la ... Save u the trouble now... Thanks all for your feedback.
Due to the concept of leasehold and some noise issues as feedback from some of the posters here. I decided not to invest in a townhouse. |
