Hello, I have not been able to log into my account for over 1 year.
Every time i reset the password, i never get any email. Email is still valid , just not getting any password reset email.

I sent an email to helpdesk@lowyat.net, last year Nov, but never got any reply. I have sent another email today and created this temp account to post.
Can any admin here help?

yes checked spam/junk but no email.
I cant register a new account with the same email as well, the system throws an error saying email address is already in use.
