Complaints Unable to receive password reset email

Hello, I have not been able to log into my account for over 1 year.
Every time i reset the password, i never get any email. Email is still valid , just not getting any password reset email. I sent an email to helpdesk@lowyat.net, last year Nov, but never got any reply. I have sent another email today and created this temp account to post. Can any admin here help? thanks |

I have been resetting password frequently, but now settle with the same already a while, just recently. I did got the emails each time.. but if you enter wrong email, you won't. Are you sure it's the correct email?
