Hello ~~ Good day!

Please advice me how to go further in my career. I am 37 this year. PMR holder. Currently working in a small Engineering company as CSE my scope
covered Logistics, Inventory, Procurement, Admin, Tender etc for almost 6 years, drawing 3.6k every month.
I have 14 years experience in business admin which i guess its time for a career advancement.
Issue is, i don't have an academic certificate. Hence, its difficult for me to jump higher.

I was thinking to enroll part time for lets say start with diploma first but all of the Unis required min SPM cry.gif

Sifu, please help. What should i do? i'm stuck icon_question.gif

Get 'O' level first, then move on with Diploma.
'O' level is equivalent to SPM, and as I know, there are no age limit to take O level.

i think 37yo is a bit too late to look do degree. By the time u take part time n graduate, if you really 100% focus at the very least u graduate at 40 yo, assuming u don't have other family commitments like having kids.

i leave that up to u to decide, nothing is impossible in life.

however, the later u take up something, the harder for u.

perhaps u can think about branching out into other fields of business such as part time real estate to enhance ur income.

Continue working and at the same time, plan to open a new business. Once your business has growth, then you can plan further.
