i think 37yo is a bit too late to look do degree. By the time u take part time n graduate, if you really 100% focus at the very least u graduate at 40 yo, assuming u don't have other family commitments like having kids.

i leave that up to u to decide, nothing is impossible in life.

however, the later u take up something, the harder for u.

perhaps u can think about branching out into other fields of business such as part time real estate to enhance ur income.
