Anyone know what this means? Been happening for a few days. I can access the internet but it's kinda slow and everything feels delayed (late packets when gaming etc). Contacted live support a few times but they only helped me to reset my port which is totally not helpful at all. The internet light comes and goes (not red). Usually red means no internet but in my case it just keeps blinking and disappear then come back

Have you tried test the connection using lan cable ? if using lan cable the connection is stable, then the issue is router wifi.
