Hi guys, I'm totally new in this mechanical keyboard field. But GF likes it and has been talking about it. So I'm thinking of getting her one for her Bday next week.

I did what research I could for hours and I needed some recommendation and there's a few criteria:
- I'm thinking of getting a factory stock that comes with everything assembled and preferably with a kit so we can customize it in future.
- She does spreadsheet at work so I think I've come to narrow down to 1800 (exploded, preferably).
- Since she works in office, prefer something not click-clack-loud, I youtube around and like the sound of something like this < https://www.youtube.com/shorts/a3BnB3wBEZ8 >. Are these customizable only or can I get it anywhere pre-assembled? I also read something about pre-lubed or lube. Lube's sound is better too.
- Lastly I'll buy some cute keycap with bunny and kitten on them so I can replace a few of the keys.

So with these criterias, any brand / model I should go for? Will I have to aseemble myself with all these criterias involved? Thanks a bunch guys!
