As per title. I need sleeping pill. My insomnia is becoming worst n worst. Supplement doesn't work for me. I couldn't sleep last night and go to work today. If I difficult to sleep it is not this worst. At least I got to fall asleep at 4 or 5 a.m and wake up at 7.30 a.m. But last night until 7 a.m also cannot sleep

i have no idea if klinik kesihatan or private clinic carries them but i get mine from GH psychiatric unit.

they have zolpidem, zopiclone, zaleplon, diazepam, lorazepam, alprazolam and many more to choose from.

anyway, be warned that taking sleeping pills to sleep is habit forming and very addictive especially those benzos drugs.

they might help you sleep well initially but they are bitch to come off when you stop using.

Normal clinic got sell. or medicine that induce relax state so easier to sleep. Consult doctor for right prescription.

I used to be on a specific supplement to sleep..it works for da 1st month or so..
Then i tried soaking my feet in ice water with pink salt..15-30mins for 3 days..b4 goin to bed..helped me to sleep & less muscles pain.
U shud try.

find a coping technique, listen to music, diaphragm breathing, listen to stand up comedy everyday, watch fun anime,etc, pray more, get a pet,participate in voluntary organization, the lists goes on
