How do i recover my old LYN account that i have not login since 2 years ago. The old email address host is no longer availabe and i cant recalled the complete name

Why no help from admin?

The same thing happened to me. Suddenly I cannot log in, my browser actually save all my passwords but still got wrong password each time I try to login.
This was like a year ago. Since then, I have tried to reset password multiple time but never received any emails - until yesterday.
I suspect they reset weak password without our knowledge since I cannot put my old password (or variation of it) back.

So I just recover this account a couple of days ago. Maybe you should try to reset your password again and this time it will work.

yeah exactly I'm facing the same issue, my origin username register to old email.. any admin can help to update my reset password email? thanks..
