The same thing happened to me. Suddenly I cannot log in, my browser actually save all my passwords but still got wrong password each time I try to login.
This was like a year ago. Since then, I have tried to reset password multiple time but never received any emails - until yesterday.
I suspect they reset weak password without our knowledge since I cannot put my old password (or variation of it) back.

So I just recover this account a couple of days ago. Maybe you should try to reset your password again and this time it will work.
