Hi folks,

Say I have 10 days earned but unused annual leave at the point of leaving the company, should the company compensate for these? If yes, is there any particular way?

1) Pay in cash
2) Offset with notice period
3) Offset with buyout penalty
4) Company does nothing and don't offer any of options 1/2/3
