i remember previously my phone will ring but now when the watch in silence mode, my phone wont ring as well. only apply to message(whatsapp)

I don’t think there is free MPP. You can choose RM150 MPP voucher or Rm100 accessories voucher. The MPP for AWU is RM499 which you will need to top up RM349 after min using RM150.
