hi guys, i have formally accept a new job offer and tendered my resignation

just now my current employer accepted my resignation and handed me the exit interview form

in that form, they wanted to know my new employer name, position, salary etc

is it a norm or usual practice for all employer to know where their resigned employee went to next?  hmm.gif

You don't have to fill in the exit interview form. They can threaten to not pay your final month's salary but in return you can file a report against them with Labour Dept.

I didn't do my exit interview with some of my ex companies because why should they know? Smart employers wouldn't even have such things in their companies lmao
