Divert topic, I won’t even want to say any negative about the Co I’m about to leave. First, I do not want to burn bridge. Second, if they recalls want to improve, they already have numerous opportunities during my employment when I feedback to my manager during appraisal. Resigning is the last straw that broke the camel back

Of course they is exception, when I know for sure, even if I live as beggar also I won’t join back the Co, then, don’t care, let’s nuclear bomb the bridge laugh.gif
